I am Older Now

My Birthday was really cool. Thanks to all the people who wished me Happy Birthday! I even had a room full of people spontaneously sing to me. I have been 37 for a week now and it is not as bad as I thought it would be.

My Dad sent me a card and he wrote “wow, 37!” in it. So 40 doesn’t sound too old to me.

My mom was 37 when she became a grandmother!

Spam Poetry

I noticed that some spam emails try to get past filters with gibberish sentences. It is almost poetic in a Vogon sort of way…

O.K. That’s enough.

Awww Cute?

Here is one from the early 70s. The girl in the picture is my sister. Yes, I was trying to hide.

It seems like this thing is turning into a photo blog or something. Oh well. I have tons of pictures in iPhoto and it would just be a shame to not share them!

This is my mom

She was 15 when this picture was taken. The house behind her was the house my dad lived in. My parents were high school sweethearts. They were married in November 1963.

The Younger Version of Me

Here is a picture of me when I was 16. I don’t have too many pictures of me when I was that age because I usually hid from cameras.

I was on a stage and a girl in the audience took the photo. I tried to fix up the fuzziness, brightness and contrast as best I could.
